Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies appeals to international organizations and countries

The Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies has sent appeals to the co-chairs of the intergovernmental commissions of the opposite sides (Austria, Estonia, Iraq, Egypt, Korea), in which it is a co-chair, as well as to the International Telecommunication Union, Universal Postal Union, International Transport Forum, International Road Transport Union, Intergovernmental Organization for International Carriage by Rail, Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications, European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administrations (CEPT), Interstate Aviation Committee, Permanent Secretariat of the Intergovernmental Commission TRACECA and Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation regarding the latest military provocations of Armenia against our country.
The appeals noted the next military provocations of the armed forces of Armenia, which began on September 27 this year, including the counter-offensive measures taken by the Azerbaijani army to protect the civilian population and restore the territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In addition, information was provided on civilian casualties and damage to civilian infrastructure as a result of rocket attacks by the Armenian armed forces.
The relevant appeals highlighted the threats that Armenia poses to connecting projects of regional significance, the international community is called on to expand support for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Azerbaijan in the framework of the relevant UN Security Council resolutions and condemn Armenia’s brutal attacks on civilians in Ganja and other cities of Azerbaijan in violation of the Geneva Conventions of 1949 and additional protocols to them.
