Ministry employees working in maritime transport field awarded

On June 29, 2020,  President Ilham Aliyev signed executive orders “On conferring the honorary title  of “Honored Engineer” upon the workers of the maritime transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan” and “On  awarding the workers of the maritime transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan”.

According to the Order “On conferring the honorary title of “Honored Engineer” to the workers of the maritime transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, the employee of the Baku International Sea Trade Port (BISTP) CJSC of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies Shamseddin Mustafa oghlu Abbasov was also awarded this title for his merits in the development of maritime transport in Azerbaijan.

According to another Presidential Order, a group of maritime transport workers were awarded the Labor Order of 3rd degree, medals “Tereggi” and “For Services in Shipping Industry” in Azerbaijan.

Among those awarded the Labor Order of 3rd degree were an employee of Baku International Sea Trade Port CJSC Adishirin Zeynalabdin oghlu Asadov, employee of the State Maritime Agency (SMA) of the Ministry Nadir Darya oghlu Dadashov, among those awarded medals “Tereggi” – BISTP workers Kubra Abdulahad gizi Hasanova, Elimdar Heydar oghlu Kerimov, Nazim Mohammed oghlu Samedov and SMA employee Babek Baba oghlu Fatullayev.

SMA employees Ehtiram Bashir oghlu Rahimov, Vahid Alimirza oghlu Babayev, Vamik Malik oghlu Rahimov, Sadig Melik oghlu Aghayev are among those awarded the medal “For Services in Shipping Industry”.
