Minister Rashad Nabiyev to Meet with Citizens in Khachmaz on July 20

Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev will meet with residents of Guba, Gusar and Khachmaz districts on 20 July 2026 at 09:00 at the Khachmaz Museum of History and Local Lore.

The Minister will meet with citizens to hear their concerns regarding transport and telecommunications services, including internet, television and radio broadcasting, and postal services in these regions.

Residents wishing to attend the reception may register by 17 July 2026 through the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport’s Call Center (1655), by email at office@mincom.gov.az, or by phone at 010 250 48 48 or 012 598 58 58 (extensions 222 and 290).

The reception will be held in accordance with the July schedule for citizens’ receptions by heads of central executive authorities and other government bodies in cities and districts.
