International tournament “Khari Bulbul” starts

The Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies and Ministry of Youth and Sports have launched an international tournament COUNTER STRIKE: GLOBAL Offensive, organized by the Gaming League Azerbaijan (GLA) of the Azerbaijan Cyber Sport Federation, which supports the development of cyber sports in our country.
Along with Azerbaijan, representatives of Georgia, Ukraine and Uzbekistan will also take part in the competition.
Each country will be represented in the tournament by two teams. Only the winners of the national qualifying competitions will participate in the tournament.
The event organizer, Head of the Gaming League Azerbaijan Adil Mahmudov spoke about the importance of the competition: “Khari Bulbul” will be our last competition in 2020. It is of particular importance to us. Khari Bulbul is the national symbol of Karabakh. That is why this name was chosen for the competition. The tournament is organized at the international level. Along with Azerbaijan, Georgia, Ukraine and Uzbekistan will be represented in the tournament. I think we will watch a very interesting competition. We cannot but rejoice in the fact that recently there has been keen interest in cyber sports both in the world and in Azerbaijan. Cyber sports have already become a hobby for most young people. Very interesting competitions await cyber sports fans from the New Year”.
Note that the competition will last five days.
