Ganja–Shusha regular bus service to be launched

Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency (AYNA) will launch a regular bus service from Ganja to Shusha on 28 February. The aim is to provide quality transport services to citizens living in the territories liberated from occupation within the framework of the Great Return Program, as well as to ensure the integration of the Karabakh and East Zangezur economic regions into the country’s transport system.

Buses will depart from Ganja International Bus Station daily at 08:00, and from Shusha to Ganja at 14:45.

The cost of a one-way ticket on the Ganja–Shusha–Ganja route is 6.20 AZN. The cities of Tartar, Khojaly and Khankendi are defined as intermediate points on this route. Ticket price for the Ganja–Khojaly intermediate point is 5.20 AZN, for Ganja–Khankendi – 5.70 AZN, Tartar–Khojaly – 2.40 AZN, Tartar–Khankendi – 2.80 AZN, and Tartar–Shusha intermediate point – 3.30 AZN.

Tickets can only be purchased online through the biletim.az portal.

It should be noted that when purchasing tickets, it is obligatory to have permits in accordance with the rules of entry into the territories liberated from occupation.
