Disinfection work carried out in administrative building of Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies

The Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies continues to take urgent measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-19).

In order to prevent possible dangers of coronavirus, the necessary measures are being taken in the administrative building of the ministry, and disinfection work is carried out. A special treatment with medicines is carried out in workrooms, a lobby and a conference room, as well as on stairs, turnstiles installed at the entrance to the ministry.

Additionally, measures are being taken to enhance educational activities and public awareness in connection with coronavirus. Upon recommendations of the World Health Organization and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan, employees are informed about the symptoms of the disease and ways to prevent its spread.

In order to prevent cases of infection and enhance the effectiveness of appropriate preventive measures in this area, the ministry and its structural units continue disinfection work on a regular basis.

It should be recalled that with the purpose of preventing possible danger of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) and cases of infection, the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies has temporarily suspended a number of public events scheduled for March.
