Baku Taxi Service provided assistance to over 200 dialysis patients

Baku Taxi Service LLC of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies and Call Center “108” of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan have provided special services to citizens during the tightened quarantine regime.

It should be noted that in accordance with the relevant decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan from 00:00 on June 14, 2020 to 06:00 on June 16, 2020, a series of restrictions were imposed in Baku, Ganja, Lankaran and Sumgait, Absheron, Yevlakh, Ismayilli, Kurdamir and Salyan regions due to the tightened quarantine regime.

During the period when restrictions were imposed, over 200 dialysis patients, the list of whom was presented by public legal entity TABIB, were delivered to the appropriate health care institutions using Call Center “108” of the ASAN service.

With the participation of ASAN volunteers, those people were delivered to the appropriate medical institutions on special vehicles of Baku Taxi Service LLC of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies, and then returned back.
