AzInTelecom LLC conducts free IT webinar

AzInTelecom LLC under the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies has conducted a free educational webinar entitled “From ICT to Cloud Technologies” with the participation of Microsoft Azerbaijan and Kaspersky.

The main purpose of the webinar is to create conditions for students, as well as specialists of different fields, to acquire new knowledge in the field of IT, especially in cloud technologies within a special quarantine regime.

At the event, which was held on a digital platform, the organizers made presentations on information technology, the basics of cybersecurity and cloud technology.

At the beginning of the webinar, head of the Commercial Department of AzInTelecom Ruslan Aliyev said that holding webinars in the field of IT is very important in terms of encouraging everyone in Azerbaijan to keep up with modern global trends and to inform about digital technologies. According to him, this initiative will have good results.

The representative of Microsoft Azerbaijan Gachay Mirzayev made a presentation on the information technologies and innovations in this sector.

Kaspersky’s official representative Mushvig Mammadov spoke about important aspects of cybersecurity.

After the presentations, the speakers answered questions from the participants.

It should be noted that AzInTelecom LLC plans to organize similar events in the near future.
