About Ministry

Based on Decree No.1464 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 11 October 2021, the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies was renamed the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport. The aim was to increase the implementation of digitalization and innovation in the country, develop radio spectrum management, communication and information technologies, improve regulatory mechanisms and create a healthy competitive environment.

The Ministry of Digital Development and Transport is the central executive authority implementing state policy and regulation in the fields of transport (except for cases determined by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan), including maritime transport and civil aviation, communications (telecommunications and post), e-government, high technologies (information technologies, microelectronics, nano, bio and other innovative science-intensive technologies)
The ministry implements state policy and regulation in the fields of transport, communications, e-government and high technologies.

Azerpost LLC accepts donations to Armed Forces Assistance Fund

A campaign has been launched in support of our army and state by making donations to the Armed Forces Assistance Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Acceptance of donations is carried out in all post offices of Azerpost LLC under the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies, as well as in “Shebeke” service centers.

No service fee is charged for funds transferred by organizations and individuals.

It should be noted that there is no possibility of canceling these payments.

Donations by legal entities are made by entering the organization’s TIN into the system, by individuals – the ID card number.
