Azerbaijan represented by national pavilion at Teknofest 2022 in Turkiye

The official opening of the Teknofest 2022 Aerospace and Technology Festival took place in the Turkish city of Samsun on 30 August.

Azerbaijan is represented at the festival by a 300 square metre national pavilion organized by the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport.

The 16 winning teams of TEKNOFEST Azerbaijan are participating in the Samsun festival and presenting their projects to visitors.

A delegation of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, headed by Deputy Minister Rovshan Rustamov, is attending the event.

The national pavilion features an AR (Augmented Reality) stand, TRİFT – VR (Virtual Reality) simulator, an AR Drone Race simulator and a Smart Karabakh presentation. Visitors are also invited to take a VR video tour of the city of Shusha, the pearl of Karabakh, using VR 360 Shusha view binoculars.

The Teknofest 2022 Aerospace and Technology Festival will run until 4 September.

It should be noted that Tekhnofest has been held annually since 2018, jointly organized by the Turkish Technology Team Foundation (T3), headed by the Ministry of Industry and Technology of Turkiye and Selcuk Bayraktar in partnership with more than 60 government agencies, universities and private companies of Turkiye.
