Azerbaijan represented at Technofest by 11 startups

Technofest Aerospace and Technology Festival was opened today at Istanbul Ataturk International Airport.

 

The opening ceremony was attended by Minister of Transport, Communications and High Technologies Rashad Nabiyev, heads, representatives of various government agencies and students of higher educational institutions of Azerbaijan.

 

Since 2018, Technofest has been held annually, jointly organized by the Turkish Technology Team Foundation (T3), headed by the Ministry of Industry and Technology of Turkey and Baykar Makina CTO Selcuk Bayraktar, in partnership with more than 60 government agencies, universities and private companies of Turkey.

 

The purpose is to popularize areas such as aviation, space industry, digital economy among young people in Turkey, encourage entrepreneurship in these areas, identify knowledge and skills of young engineers through competitions organized within the framework of the festival, as well as present national technologies to the general public.

 

11 Azerbaijani startups were presented in the national pavilion at the Technofest event, organized by the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies.

 

Among them are the Victory Road space station model, Idrak Technology Transfer projects, Strike startup products, İqlime, Safee Bike, Viastellar, HealWith, SmogFree, Battle of Bots, Smart Parking IoT and GSM Smart Electric – AMR ST 13.

 

Our startups cover such diverse areas and such as the space industry, military industry, education, medicine, agriculture, transportation, video games and new technologies in general.

 

Turkish Industry and Technology Minister Mustafa Varank visited our national pavilion and familiarized himself with Azerbaijani startups.

 

Note that Technofest Aerospace and Technology Festival will come to an end on September 26.
