A series of events to be held under slogan “I am Aware of Cyber Threats”

The Cybersecurity Awareness Month is celebrated in a number of countries of the world every year in October. Within this month, various activities are held to promote cybersecurity and cyber hygiene regulations, as well as raise awareness among citizens, companies and institutions.

Given the growing cyber threats in the global environment, the Electronic Security Service under the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies also plans to hold a series of events this month with the aim of raising public awareness under the slogan “I am Aware of Cyber Threats”.

Awareness-raising activities will mainly cover topics such as cyber hygiene, protection against phishing attacks, safe use of bank cards and online security of children.

In order to raise awareness of cybersecurity, the Electronic Security Service invites all internet users to join the awareness-raising campaign during October using the hashtags #KiberSmartOl, #BeCyberSmart, #CyberSmartAZE on social networks.
