Visits to “Provision of information on numbers moved to another network through MNP service” increase
Data Processing Center of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies (MTCHT), which is the operator of the E-government portal, has released statistical data on most frequently used electronic services during the first five months of this year.
According to statistics, MTCHT is among the top five government agencies whose services were used most frequently. Thus, the visits made to the services of the ministry was 3 088 725 and the most frequently used service was “Provision of information on numbers moved to another network through Mobile Number Portability ( MNP) service”. The number of visits made to the said service was 1 692 360 in the stated period.
Besides MTCHT, Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population (MLSPP), State Examination Center, State Customs Committee, “Azersu” OJSC, Ministry of Interior Affairs, State Committee on Property Issues, Ministry of Justice, Central Election Commission and Ministry of Taxes are among 10 government agencies whose services were used most frequently in the current year.
During this period, MLSPP services were used 4 577 529 times. The service “Apply for targeted social assistance” provided by this government agency was used 1 388 673 times in the current year. The said service provides citizens with access to the information resources of 20 government agencies and 3 mobile operators.
During this period, the number of visits made to the electronic services provided by the State Examination Center was 1 005 477. The Cener’s service “Online submission of applications by candidates (applicants, bachelors, candidates (applying for residency))” is among the most frequently used services. The number of visits made to this service was 384 492.
Vists made to the electronic services provided by the State Customs Committee was 332 638, “Azersu” OJSC - 59 596, Ministry of Internal Affairs - 39 615, State Committee on Property Issues- 33 644, Ministry of Justice - 20 190, Central Election Commission - 16 822 and Ministry of Taxes - 14 470.
Thus, the statistics show a significant positive change in both the range of services and usage dynamics provided through the portal.
