Two more services integrated into Single Electronic Services Portal

Two more new services have been integrated into the Single Electronic Services Portal, which was developed by AzInTelecom LLC in order to make available electronic services of the agencies included in the structure of the Ministry of Digital Development & Transport and its subordinate bodies available through a single system.

Thus, the number of services provided on the portal reached 17. Due to the latest integration, two new services of Aztelecom LLC have been added to the portal. They are: “Detailed information on departments” and “Search for departments by classifier”.

After selecting the category to which the institution belongs when using the service “Search for departments by classifier”, the corresponding organizations are presented to the user. Then, by clicking on the name of the department from that list, one can get information about the name, contact number, address, bank account code and TIN of the selected institution.

In the section “Detailed information on departments”, by entering a landline phone number or TIN, you can find out the full name, contact numbers and address of the department to which the information belongs.

It should be noted that the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport provides a total of 57 digital services to citizens through various internet resources. All services are now integrated into a single portal.

The registered digital services provided on the portal are available by registering via ASAN Login. As the name implies, unregistered services do not require any registration.

The goal of the portal, along with improving citizen satisfaction, is to provide quality, secure and efficient digital services through the efficient use of resources. By establishing direct communication between the Ministry of Digital Development & Transport and citizens through the portal, it will be possible to improve the quality of services provided and create new services according to needs.

Also, the creation of the portal will have a positive impact on the expansion of the use of digital services, as well as the development of e-government and will further improve efficiency and transparency.
