Two more services integrated into Ministry’s Single Electronic Services Portal
Two more new services have been added to the Single Electronic Services Portal, which is part of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport (MDDT) and was created to provide e-services on one-stop-shop principle by bodies included in the structure of the Ministry of Digital Development & Transport and its subordinate bodies. Thus, the number of services provided on the portal (https://portal.rinn.az/az ) reached eight.
The newly integrated services are “Search by phone number” and “Information on numbers transferred to another network through mobile number portability service” of AzInTelecom LLC. AzInTelecom is providing services to citizens in seven areas through the Single Electronic Services Portal.
Those who use the service “Search by phone number” can get acquainted with the information about the owner of the phone number entered into the system.
The service “Information about numbers transferred to another network through mobile number portability service” allows you to find out whether the mobile number has used the number portability service.
It should be noted that the Ministry of Digital Development & Transport provides citizens with a total of 57 digital services through various internet resources. All services are now integrated into a single portal.
Previously, the services belonging to AzInTelecom LLC, such as “registration of mobile devices”, “tariffs for registration of mobile devices”, “IMEI verification”, “statistics of local outgoing (city, regional, internal) calls”, “information on mobile numbers in the names of citizens”, and also the service “tracking postal items” provided by Azerpost LLC were integrated into the Single Electronic Services Portal.
The registered digital services provided on the portal are available by registering through ASAN Login. Unregistered services can be used directly without any authentication.
It should be noted that the purpose of creating the Single Electronic Services Portal is to increase citizen satisfaction, as well as to provide quality, secure and efficient digital services through the efficient use of resources. By establishing direct communication between the Ministry of Digital Development & Transport and citizens through the portal, it will be possible to improve the quality of services provided and create new services according to needs.
Also, the creation of the portal will have a positive impact on increasing access to digital services, as well as the development of e-government and will further enhance efficiency and transparency.
