Three more services integrated into Single Electronic Services Portal
Three more new services have been integrated into the Single Electronic Services Portal, which was developed by AzInTelecom LLC in order to make e-services of the agencies included in the structure of the Ministry of Digital Development & Transport and its subordinate bodies available through a single system. Thus, the number of services provided on the portal (https://portal.rinn.az/az ) reached 15.
Due to the latest integration, two new services of Aztelecom LLC and one service of Azerpost LLC have been added to the portal. They are: “Debts for long distance and international calls made in previous months”, “Paid receipts for long distance calls” and “Street search by name and postal code”.
By using the service “Debts for long distance and international calls made in previous months”, a citizen can get information about the debts for long distance calls and international calls made in previous months via a telephone number registered in his/her name.
Through the service “Paid receipts for long distance calls”, the user first receives a long distance number or numbers registered in his/her name. Then the user can get information for each number – about the numbers called during the month, call dates, call duration, amount, and payment receipts.
The service “Street search by name and postal code” of Azerpost LLC provides an opportunity to search by name and obtain information about the city or region where the street with that name is located, house numbers, street code and postal code that are located there.
It should be noted that the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport provides citizens with a total of 57 digital services through various internet resources. All services are now integrated into a single portal.
The registered digital services provided on the portal are available by registering via ASAN Login. Unregistered services can be used directly without any authentication.
It should be noted that the purpose of creating the Single Electronic Services Portal, in addition to improving citizen satisfaction, is to provide quality, secure and efficient digital services through the efficient use of resources. By establishing direct communication between the Ministry of Digital Development & Transport and citizens through the portal, it will be possible to improve the quality of services provided and create new services according to needs.
In addition, the creation of the portal will have a positive impact on increasing access to digital services, as well as the development of e-government and will further improve efficiency and transparency.
