Regulations on State Maritime Agency and State Civil Aviation Agency approved

The Regulations on State Maritime Agency under the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies and State Civil Aviation Agency under the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies have been approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated May 22, 2018.

Thus, Decree No.395 (Collection of Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2006, No. 4, Article 327; 2008, No.8; Article 720, No.11, Articles 970, 980; 2009, No.12, Article 983; 2011, No. 2, Article 85, 2012, No.7 , Article 678; 2013, No.6, Article 655; 2014, No.5, Article 474, No.12, Article 1574; 2015, No.9, Article 1008) of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated April 20, 2006 “On Approval of the Regulations on the State Maritime Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan” has been canceled.

Also, Decree No.565 (Collection of Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2007, N 4, Article 327; 2008, No.11, Article 970, 2009, No.12, Article 983; 2011, No.2, Article 85; 2014, No.12, Article 1572; 2017, No.11, Article 2014) of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated April 20, 2007 “On Approval of the  Regulations on the State Civil Aviation Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan” has been canceled.
