Minister Rashad Nabiyev inspects work done at Akhalkalaki station within Baku –Tbilisi–Kars project

Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev has paid a working visit to Georgia.

During the visit, the Minister visited the Akhalkalaki station to familiarize himself with the work done on the new Baku –Tbilisi –Kars railway project.

The executors gave detailed information to the Minister on the progress of the project, and then he inspected the infrastructure facilities in the area.

It should be noted that the new Baku–Tbilisi–Kars railway, inaugurated on October 30, 2017, is developing with increasing dynamics. To date, more than one million tonnes of freight have been transported along this route.
