Free trainings “Fundamentals of IT” to be held for women

The Ministry of Digital Development and Transport and the ICT LAB Applying and Training Center will launch new initiatives in 2022 to support the development of women in the field of information technologies (IT).

Registration has begun for free training “Fundamentals of IT” to enhance women’s knowledge and skills in IT.

The three-month training will be held in Baku in the format of classroom lessons. Women from different regions of Azerbaijan will also be able to join the classes online.

Successful graduates will be awarded certificates from the ICT LAB Applying and Training Center of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport.

The trainings are organized under the project “Young IT Professionals”, supported by the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport and UNESCO.

It should be noted that similar classroom trainings will be organized in different regions in the near future.
