“Appeal on radio interference” service now available online

Another service has been launched on the Single Electronic Services Portal (https://portal.rinn.az/az), developed by AzInTelecom LLC to receive all electronic services of the agencies included in the structure of the Ministry of Digital Development & Transport and its subordinate bodies through a single system.

The service “Appeal on radio interference” provided by the State Administration of Radio Frequencies (SARF) has been made available online for the first time. So far, radio frequency users and citizens have reported the radio interference they encountered to SARF through paper letters.

The service has now been fully digitized and put into use through the Single Electronic Services Portal. From now on, users can go to the portal and apply to SARF about radio interference in a faster form without using paper documents.

Not only does the use of this service become more accessible, but it also minimizes the time spent on this work. Applications are reviewed free of charge within 3 days if there is no need to search for the source of radio interference, 7 days if there is a need to search and 30 days under other conditions.

The use of this service does not require electronic registered user access to the portal.

It should be noted that the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport provides a total of 57 digital services to citizens through various internet resources. All services are now integrated into a single portal. A total of 18 services have been integrated into the portal and another 39 services are planned to be included in the portal in the near future.

The registered electronic services provided on the portal are available by registering via ASAN Login. As the name implies, unregistered services do not require any registration.

The goal of the portal, along with improving citizen satisfaction, is to provide quality, secure and efficient digital services through the efficient use of resources. By establishing direct communication between the Ministry of Digital Development & Transport and citizens through the portal, it will be possible to improve the quality of services provided and create new services according to needs.

Furthermore, the creation of the portal will have a positive impact on the expansion of the use of electronic services, as well as the development of e-government and will further improve efficiency and transparency.
