All e-services of Ministry of Digital Development & Transport on a single portal

A new portal has been launched in order to receive all electronic services of the bodies that are included in the structure of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport (MDDT) and its subordinate bodies through a unified system.

In this regard, AzInTelecom LLC under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport has created a Single Portal of Electronic Services – portal.rinn.az.

The Ministry provides 57 digital services to citizens through various Internet resources. All services are now collected on a single portal. At the early stage, six services have been integrated into the portal and another 51 services will be added in the near future.

By establishing direct communication between the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport and the citizens through the portal, it will be possible to improve the quality of services provided and create new services according to the needs.

AzInTelecom Chairman of Board Elkhan Azizov said that the portal was created to provide digital services on one-stop-shop principle by bodies included in the structure of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport and its subordinate bodies: “The portal will make these digital services simpler and more accessible to citizens and enable faster provision of services. In addition to improving citizen satisfaction, the portal aims to provide quality, safe and efficient digital services through the effective use of resources”.

At present, via Single Portal of Electronic Services it is possible to use services of AzInTelecom LLC, such as registration of mobile devices, tariffs for registration of mobile devices, IMEI verification, statistics of local outgoing (city, regional, internal) calls, information on mobile numbers in the names of citizens, and also the service tracking postal items provided by Azerpost LLC.

The registered digital services provided on the portal are available by registering through ASAN Login. As the name implies, unregistered services do not require registration.

The creation of the portal will have a positive impact on increasing access to digital services, as well as the development of e-government and will further enhance efficiency and transparency.
