The applicant applies for a license to the issuing authority for the above activities and submits necessary documents for obtaining a license (the application form and the list of required documents are available at http://mincom.gov.az/en/view/ pages/15/).

At the same time, within 30 days after the issuance of a license for this type of activity, an agreement must be signed between the licensee and the issuing authority. If a license agreement is not signed, a license for this type of activity does not create legal consequences.

When carrying out the types of activities provided for in Annex 1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Licenses and Permits” No. 176-VQ dated March 15, 2016, the supervisory authority who identifies the licensee’s non-compliance with the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the license terms submits a reasoned  submission to the licensing authority to suspend and revoke a license.
