Information on procedure

A special permission is issued in conformity with the “List of executive authorities in charge of export controls in compliance with the commodity of classification that are liable to export controls, as well as granting special permission for categories and sections of goods (work, facilities, results of intellectual activity) set forth by the legislation, conducting checks before and after the issuance of special permission, monitor the use of dual-use of goods for specified goals” and “Rules of issuance of special permission for goods (work, facilities, results of intellectual activity) that are liable to export controls” approved by decision № 230 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic dated December 15, 2005.

To receive a special permission, the documents required under the “Rules of issuing a special permission for goods (work, services, results of intellectual activity)” that are liable to export controls must be submitted to the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies (MCHT).

Beyond any shortcomings in the documents and reasons for refusal, a special permission will be granted not later than 15 days from the date of document registration.

Term of special permission is 1 (one) year.
