Granting “Special license for circulation of items may belong to certain parties of civil circulation and circulation which is allowed only on the basis of special permission (with limited civil circulation)”
In accordance with the 4th, 13th and 14th points of the “List of executive authorities issuing special permission to circulation of items that may belong to certain parties of civil circulation and stay in circulation is allowed by special permission ( with limited civil circulation)”, approved by decree № 292 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 12, 2005, the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies (MCHT) issues a special permission for public circulation of electronic aids, radio receivers of wide frequency range and satellite transmission facilities for conducting radio tracking and radiomonitoring.
In accordance with the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan № 54 dated April 19, 2004 on the definition of the limit of power criteria envisaged in the 14th point of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic the “List of items that may belong to certain parties of civil circulation and stay in circulation is allowed by special permission ( with limited civil circulation)” the power for emitting products on the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan is defined as follows:
A special permission is required for circulation (operation) of radio equipment meeting specified power criteria.
A special permission should be received by submitting the required documents to the MCHT under the “Rules of granting special permission for circulation of items that may belong to certain parties of civil circulation and stay in circulation” (with limited civil circulation).
If there are no shortcomings in the submitted documents and reasons for refusal, a special permission is granted not later than 10 days from the date of document registration.
