Information and Communication Technologies Applying and Training Center
The E-Government Training and Education Center LLC was established under the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies by Decision No. 389 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 17, 2015 in order to enhance the level of knowledge of the population, civil servants and employees of state-owned enterprises in the field of information technologies and develop their skills in electronic governance.
The main building of the center is located in Baku city, as well as there are a total of 17 centers in 15 regions throughout the country and in general there are 17 centers in 15 regions in the country (Ganja, Nakhchivan, Sumgayit, Mingachevir, Barda, Lankaran, Gazakh, Zagatala, Imishli, Gabala, Goychay, Shirvan, Shamakhy, Gusar and Sheki). Online trainings are conducted in real time for all regional centers through the online education portal (www.e-training.az).
The Center possesses international statuses Cisco Networking Academy and CompTIA Academy. The Center has a HD multimedia studio, the laboratory of Cisco Networking Academy, as well as computer labs on Microsoft system administration, graphics and design.
